1. Returns:
   We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
   To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
2. Refunds:
   As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. As an extra service, we extend this right to 30 days.
3. Refunds:
   Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund.
   Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges:
   If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one at no extra cost.
   Important: Do net send back defective items without contacting us first.
5. Return Shipping:
   Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or damaged items.
   We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.
6. How to Initiate a Return:

7. Non-Returnable Items:
   The following items are not eligible for return: Personalized products, Perishable goods and items marked as non-returnable in the product description. Please check the product page for specific return restrictions.
8. Cancellations:
   If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return it after receiving it, following our standard return process.
